FAQ

Before you ask

Use the RFQ form on our contact page, call us, or email a drawing. We accept STEP, DXF, PDF, or DWG files, and you can attach them right in the form. Don't have a drawing? A sketch or even a photo of the broken part is enough to get started.

Both. Our machine shop builds one-off repair and replacement parts every week — including parts for equipment nobody supports anymore — and we run repeat production quantities for manufacturers and OEMs. No job is too small to quote, and no run is too big to talk about.

Our in-house machine shop runs CNC milling and turning for precision parts in steel, stainless, aluminum, and more. We handle prototypes, one-off replacement parts, and repeat production work, and every job is programmed, set up, and inspected right here. Because the machine shop sits under the same roof as our laser, press brake, weld bays, and coating line, a machined part can be cut, formed, welded, and finished without ever leaving the building.

Yes. We do reverse engineering — bring us the worn or broken part and we'll measure it, model it, and make you a new one. If something needs to be 3D modeled or 2D sketched from an idea, we can do that too.

TIG, MIG, and Stick, with certified welders on staff. That covers everything from thin stainless and aluminum to heavy structural steel.

Yes. Everything we do, and everything we use to do it, is made in the USA — right here in Alexander City, Alabama.

Carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum cover most of our work in plate, sheet, and tube. Ask about anything else — if we can't run it, we'll tell you straight.

Powder coating and Cerakote are done in-house. Your parts can go from raw material to finished, coated product without ever leaving our shop.

Yes — custom gates, fencing, and laser-cut signage are a specialty. We design around your site and style, then cut, weld, and coat everything ourselves.

We're at 1776 Radio Road, Alexander City, AL 35010 — serving Alexander City, Lake Martin, and shops across east-central Alabama.
