2. Requests for Quotes and Project Information

Information submitted through our contact or request-for-quote forms is a request for information or a quote, not an order or contract. Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be revised after review of drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, tolerances, lead times, finishing requirements, freight, taxes, or other project details.

Work begins only after Thomas Machine & Fab accepts the project and the parties complete any required written approval, quote acceptance, purchase order, deposit, invoice, or other project documentation. Any terms governing a specific project, order, fabrication job, or purchase are controlled by the applicable quote, invoice, purchase order, or separate written agreement.

3. Customer Drawings, Files, and Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that drawings, specifications, files, dimensions, material requirements, and other project information you provide are accurate and that you have the right to provide them to us. Customer drawings and files remain the property of the customer or their rightful owner. We may use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, finish, deliver, or otherwise perform the requested work.

You agree not to submit materials that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have authority to provide. We may decline projects that we cannot safely, lawfully, or reasonably perform.

4. SMS and Electronic Communications

Thomas Machine & Fab offers a text-messaging program for contacts who voluntarily provide a phone number and separately opt in through an unchecked consent checkbox or another documented consent method.

Depending on the consent option selected, our SMS program may send:

• Non-marketing messages, including quote follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, project-status updates, service-related communications, and responses to inquiries.
• Marketing messages, including shop updates, special offers, discounts, service announcements, and promotional communications about our machining, fabrication, cutting, welding, coating, Cerakote, and related services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out status by text message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin after opting out, submit the website contact or request-for-quote form again and separately select the applicable SMS-consent checkbox.
